NextGen Students Focus on Emotional Intelligence and Mental Health

During the first session of the Wellness Mentorship with B.Well: Live Consciously series, Dr. Adrianne Pinkney facilitated an empowering workshop titled Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence.

NextGen students explored strategies for understanding and managing emotions while strengthening overall mental health. The session provided actionable tools to reduce stress, improve coping mechanisms, build psychological resilience, and foster healthier relationships. Attendees left with a clearer understanding of how to acknowledge feelings, respect the emotions of others, and recognize that emotional responses differ for every individual.
