The workforce-system shift from operations under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998 to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 on July 1 means the updating of many processes, procedures, resources and tools.

NCWorks Online is one of them.

North Carolina’s job-search website will be offline and unavailable to job-seekers and employers from 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, to 8 a.m. on Monday, July 6, as the state re-tools the site to accommodate changes associated with WIOA.

Please plan your search activities around the outage.
