14 Jul Kicking Off PY26: Stronger Together for a New Program Year!
There is nothing quite like getting everyone into the same room to spark inspiration, and that is exactly what happened at our all-teams meeting earlier this month. As we officially launch the new program year (PY26), our teams and partners gathered to align our vision, share our energy, and lock in our goals for the months ahead. This kickoff wasn’t just a meeting, it was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we pool our collective strengths.

True community impact takes a village, and we are incredibly fortunate to have a dedicated network of partners and specialized teams. A massive shoutout to everyone who brought their passion and expertise to the table today, including our internal staff at Charlotte Works, along with the NCWorks Career Center staff, White Label Management, NextGen’s In-School Youth Team, and the CPCC NextGen Out-of-School Team.
