Charlotte Works Celebrates Over 30 CMS Graduates from NextGen Program

Charlotte Works is proud to celebrate more than 30 graduating seniors from Garinger High School, Harding University High School, West Charlotte High School, and Julius L. Chambers High School who participated in the NCWorks NextGen In-School Youth Program powered by Charlotte Works.

Over the past several years, the In-School Youth Program has supported many students as they worked toward their academic, personal, and career goals. Through their dedication, perseverance, and hard work, they have reached an important milestone and are now preparing for their next chapter.

Our graduates are pursuing a variety of pathways after high school, including attending college, entering the workforce, and serving in the military. We are excited to see the impact they will make in their communities and beyond.

As we celebrate the Class of 2026, we also look forward to continuing our work with students across our four CMS partner schools. The NCWorks NextGen In-School Youth Program powered by Charlotte Works is currently seeking rising sophomores and juniors interested in career exploration, workforce development, and preparing for future success. Find more information here.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026! Your Charlotte Works family is proud of you, and we wish you continued success in all that lies ahead.
